The Alaska REALTORS® Leadership Academy is opened to 12 individuals. It is a 4-module program focusing on helping you discover and become the best you.

The leadership development retreats are designed to guide you through your own self-discovery process, which will enable you to become a more positive influence within your own community and within the industry.
