GRI 100

GRI 100 class is scheduled for September 8th – 11th, 2021.

If you are a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in good standing, you can earn the GRI designation by completing the REALTOR® Institute program. Find out more information at

In Alaska, GRI courses are offered in 3-modules GRI 100, 200 & 300 in 4-day segments. The modules may be taken in any order and we must have at least 15 attendees registered to offer each module.

The total cost for the 4-day module is $300. Pre-registration is required and payment must be made at the time of registration. Class begins promptly and you must be in attendance and/or visible the entire day to receive credit.
