The Alaska REALTORS® Leadership Academy (ARLA) is looking for 12 individuals who are committed to making a difference. ARLA is a 5-module program focused on helping you discover and become the best you. The leadership development retreats below are designed to guide you through your own self-discovery process, enabling you to become a more positive influence in your community and within the industry.
Application Deadline: October 15, 2022
Application fee: $250.00 (Electronic invoice will be generated once the application is submitted)
Virtual Interviews: October 27-28
Full Tuition: $1,000 (If accepted into the Academy, the application fee will be credited toward tuition. If your application is not accepted, the fee will be refunded). Tuition covers 5 sessions of coursework, some meals, and 1 night of lodging.
Participants are responsible for transportation and incidental expenses.

- Session 7: August 3-4 | Mat-Us Valley
- Session 8: September 13-14 (Annual Convention) | Seward tentative
Academy participants will work together in training courses, combining individual study, group sessions, and actual project experience in using leadership skills. Training sessions include identification of leadership skills, team-building exercises, procedures for goal setting, personal profile analysis, network building and improving communication skills. Groups are comprised of participants from different areas, so you will grow your referral network while learning!
