2022 GRI 100

If you are a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in good standing, you can earn the GRI designation by completing the REALTOR® Institute program. Find out more information at www.nar.realtor.

In Alaska, GRI courses are offered in 3-modules GRI 100, 200 & 300 in 3-day segments. The modules may be taken in any order and we must have at least 15 attendees registered to offer each module.

The Alaska REALTORS® is excited to bring GRI 100 to you in collaboration with the Kenai Peninsula Association of REALTORS®. REALTORS® from any association are welcome to join us in-person or via zoom.

The total cost for the 3-day module is $300. Pre-registration is required and payment must be made at the time of registration. Class begins promptly and you must be in attendance and/or visible the entire day to receive credit. If you are unable to attend the course in its entirety you will NOT re-ceive credit. Refunds are available up until 72-hours prior, minus a $25.00 processing fee.
