The weblink is only usable for those nights available within the block, if a guest wants to add a night before or after the group block (pre/post nights) they will have to call-in to add that to the reservation.

Seward KOA Journey
Seward’s KOA Journey campground is located 0.3 miles from the Windsong Lodge property, at 31702 Herman Leirer Road.
Seward KOA Journey has “blocked” 30 full-service sites for convention participants. The sites will be located together. RV accommodations include: Water/electric only RV sites, tent sites and cabins.
The owner is happy to accommodate requests of a specific site (where possible) or requests to be next to a specific person. Please be sure to add a comment in the notes
section when booking.
The nightly rate for the full-service sites is: $64.04/night including sales tax.

Guided Exit Glacier Hike: 10:30AM - 1:30PM
Departs from Adventure Sixty North at the north end of Seward. We will shuttle you to and from your local B&B, local campground, and local Hotels at no cost!
We will head to Exit Glacier to begin our hike with knowledgeable guides. As we drive out to the glacier, we will stop at the pull out for a great view of Exit Glacier, a definite photo moment!
Our shuttle van will also stop at the Kenai Fjords National Park welcome sign for a photo opportunity!
The visitor center stop is a favorite of our guests and after that brief stop, we are all about the hike to the overlook where you will be looking down onto the toe of the Exit Glacier.

Tonsina Point Resurrection Bay Kayaking Adventure: 10:30AM - 1:30PM
We specialize in small group tours with no more than 6 people per guide. This adventure is great for first time paddlers, families, groups, or adventurers with limited time to experience the wonders of Resurrection Bay in Seward, Alaska.
This trip departs from Lowell Point on the south end of Seward. We follow the remarkable western coastline of Resurrection Bay to Tonsina Creek. As we kayak, we are looking for sea ducks, diving birds, eagles, porpoise, harbor seals and sea lions. Depending on the time of the salmon run, you may also see salmon fighting their way upstream at Tonsina Creek! Stretch your legs, explore the ghost tree forest, skip rocks, and enjoy the pristine surroundings at Tonsina Point. After exploring the beach, having a snack and hydrating, we kayak along the coastline and return to Lowell Point.

Major Marine Tours: 12:30PM - 4:30PM (*Check in at 11:45 am)
Great viewing experience for whales, sea otters, sea lions, porpoises, harbor seals, eagles, puffins, and many other types of marine birds as you cruise the protected waters of Resurrection Bay. Experienced captains will explore the area’s wildlife hot spots to maximize the chances of viewing whales and other wildlife. The cruise is fully narrated by our knowledgeable captains. Depending on the weather, you may see alpine glaciers tucked in the surrounding Chugach and Kenai Mountain Rages and cruise by Bear Glacier. While not a tidewater glacier, Bear Glacier is a valley glacier and the largest glacier in Kenai Fjords National Park.

The 2023 Convention Committee has selected the Seward Community Foundation to support this year. The foundation provides grants for the local community and Moose Pass residents. You can make a contribution when you register for the convention.
