Anadromous Fish Ordinance Impacts Private Property21 Feb
Realtor member Fred Braun gave an update at the annual AAR leadership conference regarding Ordinance 2011-12 (Anadromous Fish Ordinance). If passed, this ordinance would impose a zoned 50 foot Habitat Protection Area onto private property which mandates a permit system which would limit control of private waterfront property.
